  @HelenAndOlly Plenty of free podcast apps out there. Download one, and subscribe to AMT. Doggcatcher is decent, and has a free version.

  @HelenAndOlly I second @JakeFranks's recommendation of BeyondPod. There's a free and paid option which are both excellent. Replaced my iPod!
