Serendipity strikes again - as you've gone monthly & @themodernmann went on a break, I needed fresh meat. Found @TwoCrimeWriters podcast & have been back catalogue binging. Just finished listening to them chatting about The Bill, turned to Twitter & found this.

I have a feeling that it was the actors who played Jim Carver and June Ackland - makes sense that it would be cast members as they were already wearing all the gear! I think I read it in a Radio Times interview with Mark Wingett a few years ago - I’ll try to find it
-
I think the same Mark Wingett and trudie goodwin

As I learned during my years in Hollywood, not only are hand models a thing...child-sized-hand models are a thing! In case you need a child-sized hand without the tricky child labor restrictions! http://www.bodypartsmodels.com/newsite/model-category/hands-child-sized/ …

@Herring1967 I've found your perfect (hand?) job.
