Analyzing electability, and to some extent, predicting elections are fools’ errands. In any given instance, assuming an uncorrupted voting process, the election itself constitutively defines electability. 1/2

If we knew ahead of of time who was the most electable candidate or could predict accurately who would win elections, we wouldn’t need to have them. 2/2
