Doesn't firing nurses who don't get COVID-19 vaccine sound absolutely ridiculous because:
1. Nurses worked without vaccine with COVID-19 patients until now
2. Breakthrough COVID-19 cases show current vaccine not very effective
3. Nurses work with infectious diseases all the time
