1. @ddayen has a useful reminder of how Amazon, the beneficiary of all sorts of government largess, deserves no sympathyhttps://newrepublic.com/article/147740/no-sympathy-amazon …

That’s all you got? Because his arguments are not based in reality, law or policy. Trumpian tbh. There are antitrust principles you could apply- market concentration, pricing power, etc. in terms of business practices, extracting subsidies from local governments isn new.

You're a completely worthless, arrogant asshole. You work for a blog paper that anyone who cares about good reporting or analysis has known is garbage forever.

Stoller "big is bad" Jacksonian pro-market beliefs are not particularly useful here, but best arguments are by
@linamkhan in this law review article. Don't agree on Amazon but has good points on how to rethink antitrust generally. https://www.yalelawjournal.org/note/amazons-antitrust-paradox … -
That’s an interesting piece . The history and evolution of antitrust law is an important subject that too many people who like to discuss antitrust law don’t even consider. It’s all a story about the Supreme Court. An important story.

I'm blocked by Armando. Lots of ways to address Amazon, from the Pentagon AWS contract and procurement to Post Office to NAFTA to restoring Robinson-Patman to privacy rules to restructuring via antitrust or statute.

I unblocked you to read your responses. I commend you. Quite thoughtful. I like the thoughtful Stoller.
