2. Doug Ford, unlike his brother, doesn't have a substance abuse problem -- although there is credible evidence he used to be a drug dealer. But Doug has a mean, vindictive streak that is worse than the hapless Rob Ford.

4. You would normally think a man like Doug Ford (former drug dealer, failson, city counsellor known for missing meetings & complaining home for autistic kids "ruined" a neighborhood) would have a hard time becoming provincial premier.

5. But Doug Ford, despite all is baggage, is going against a Liberal Party that's been in power 15 years, is very unpopular, with voters telling pollsters they want a change. Ford could win.
