Trump. His fragile ego and lack of state department positions to further his agenda, whatever it is. State is severely understaffed. That has dire consequences for national security and foreign policy.

It’s because Trump wants to show he’s “Presidential” in threatening DPRK with fire and fury (war, not the book). U.S. should be leading attempts to thaw relations between DPRK and ROK, not sitting sulkily in stands at Olympics pretending Kim Yo Jong not there. Childish.
