Advice to lit crits: there's a great book to be written about the literary & personal dialogue of 1960s feminist science fiction writers: Le Guin, Tiptree, Russ & (odd gay man out) Delany.

Do you mean
@JustineLavaworm (The Battle of the Sexes in Science Fiction)? That's a good book but I don't think it's what@HeerJeet had in mind (which wd be a book, or a dissertation!, I'd read & advise but wd not write) (but thanks)1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Yeah, the book I had in mind would build on Battle of Sexes but be more focused on relationships within the 1960s cohort (there's a lot more biographical info now for it).

Wd be a group biography from a trade press, interacting w Tiptree bio. You'd have to pretty much camp out at U of OR library for a year, I think. I'd read use & review it but cd not write it.

Yeah, that's the book I'm imagining. All these writers were prolific correspondents. You could really build a book around that.
