Do you think it's an accident that "Caligula" happens to mean "little boots"?

The "little boots" nickname came from when he was a kid and traveled with his father, a general. His mother made a little uniform for him, to be an army mascot. The soldiers thus called him, "Caligula." As he got older, he *hated* that name. Never wanted to be addressed by it.
