I realize this is the world’s smallest issue, but I still don’t understand what “I moved on her like a bitch“ means.

It's strange because he's comparing himself to a (female!) dog and usually he uses dog as an insult.

Best guess: Trump is trying to imitate macho guy sex talk and he has a bad ear for language.

          I think that’s right—it’s a rare instance of (profane) self-deprecation. “I didn’t ‘move’ forcefully enough.”

I've always assumed that it means "very aggressively"? (I saw a hilarious attempt to translate the Access Hollywood tape into Russian in which the translator obviously thought that "bitch" referred to the woman he moved on.)

That interpretation makes sense contextually but not lexically -- does a "bitch" move aggressively?

He's admitting it's a pathetic move because it didn't work. If he'd moved on her like a real man it would have presumably succeeded

That's not how the plain English version of his sentence worked. "I moved on her like a [blank]." It means, he moved on her as if she were the [blank]. "I moved like a bitch on her" would be the self-construction.

He’s referring to the female as the bitch. He moved on her like an aggressive dog. Like one that humps your leg. He’s confessing to being without shame.

Pretty sure he was using “like a bitch” to modify “her.” If I said “I beat him like a drum,” you wouldn’t think I was comparing myself to a drum.
