Weisinger and Bob Kane are the only people in that book who come off as completely awful, and there are literal mobsters in there.

Im rereading this now for Weisinger info but it's pretty thin re: his actual decisions/aesthetic in making the most air tight comics of all time

I don’t recall very much discussion of process or aesthetics at all in that book... lots of interpersonal drama and historical machinations.

To be fair, I think it's hard to do a good Stanley bio. There really isn't much information on most of his life.
