Yes, I agree. An unprompted apology without a story in the works gets some sort of points. But part of me wonders if this was to end the anxiety he was having over *when* he'd be outed. I'd like to hear the other side of these stories he told.

Spurlock is trying to control the narrative-he thinks by reciting a litany of his crimes & misdemeanors, he's immunized himself from public retribution. He's trying to kneecap the women he hurt by getting out ahead of any story they might share. He should be fired, shunned, sued.
