If we can organize a comprehensive simultaneous resignation of all predators/harassers/assaulters then I say go for it. Selective enforcement makes me queasy tho. The Predator in chief should go first and we can work our way down through the ranks.

In all seriousness: The problem is so vast and so enmeshed with our society that we must now be very regimented about investigation and enforcement. This can’t be a random sporadic process. Strict criteria. Specific punishment. A permanent non partisan commission.

If they passes legislation saying sexual assault or harassment means no elected govt jobs, the people making laws would lose jobs.
