no. the seats are empty. they are owned by Sinn Fein, but remain unoccupied. but if they decide to occupy them, and vote against tory

there's only 90 seats in the north irish assembly (equivalent of their own personal parliament) and sinn Fein hold 27 and DUP 28.

unless either side manages to fully talk around at least two other parties, they at least have to work together occasionally
