You could research it. It's not factually disputed. America's health care system has terrible outcomes because it is very unequal.

What does it mean to have "monopoly" on "top hospitals" if outcomes are terrible. Peoples lives matter, not ratings of hospitals.

I live in Canada, we have universal health care, and it's great. I'm very happy with it.
