Yep, I already did in my original Guardian piece. Among/upon immigrants is where I said he was in fact exercising tremendous coercive rule.

But if Trump is imposing "coercive rule" among immigrants, that's sufficient evidence of authoritarian policy (not just intent).

My argument has been Trump is authoritarian in American tradition of McCarthy/Hoover/Wallace/Nixon: Law & Order, counter-subversive etc.
