I don't see Booker mobilizing the Bernie base unless he backs single payer, which seems unlikely - but it's a huge issue for that group.

For me he's no so diff from Clinton - I'll vote for him if I have to but I'd rather not have to. Don't know Harris in-depth enough to say.
