Frankly, there is no normal anymore, and Dems shouldn't pretend there is. Tear up the old aggreements, impeach Gorsuch, make new rules.

All has to wait for unified Dem control, of course. But McConnell undermined SCOTUS completely, and it must be rebuilt from ground up.
