2. I want to revisit an old story I told about how reading Ayn Rand cost Ditko between $50 and $100 million.

3. Ditko is the primary creator of Spider-Man and Dr. Strange. He can sue for a share of those characters but likely won't. Here's why.

No suit really possible. Could try to terminate copyrights. Dr. Strange a possibility, but not Spider-Man.

Ditko's public statements about Spider-Man leave no doubt his involvement was a work-for-hire situation.

If the Kirby family had followed your legal advised, they would've lost millions, so I say Ditko should see a lawyer.

The Kirbys got a settlement. If they had listened to you, they would've gotten zero. So I say, Ditko should talk to a lawyer

And Ditko isn't interested in seeing a lawyer, much less your concern trolling on his behalf.

Agreed, Ditko should be free to do as he please. Just saying, if he did want to know his legal right, should talk to a lawyer.
