3. So far Trump hasn't even really paid attention to Rubio. Focused mainly on Jeb, Carson, Cruz, Fiorina, etc.

5. Thing with Trump is, there's nothing to restrain him in attack. He has not institutional need for GOP or future in politics.

7. Trump is willing to poison the well in order to win. He's willing to go so negative as to make himself toxic as well. Rubio isn't.
