@AngryFoodie2015 Fair point. I brought up nepotism just to show we don't right now have a pure meritocracy.

@HeerJeet Its a good example, but it cuts deep in unions too. Ken Lewenza was a ne'er do well drop out whose rise was due to CAW nepotism. -
