Basically "Roy Lichtenstein was an asshole" is one of the LEAST interesting (or useful) lessons to take from that Russ Heath comic, IMHO.
@dylanhorrocks There's misunderstanding on both sides but I feel comics people often don't have a clue as to why painting is important

@HeerJeet 2. RL developed a new visual style, which then came to represent "comic book style" but in fact didn't exist in comics before RL. -
