There's a lot worth thinking about in that @HeerJeet piece. "Blowback" real but sometimes we all risk conceiving of it too simplistically.
@derrickokeefe ISIS's tactic is to attack military personnel. Very different than AL-Qaida (which of course was willing to kill civilians).
