Sorry to be pedantic, but David Gilmour didn't say women writers are bad. He said he doesn't love their writing. That's very different.
@nigelbeale and Philip Roth at expense of Murusaki, Austen, Wharton, Cather, Flannery O'Conner. Welty, Munro etc. That's a problem.
