@mackbrad@goodmanbeaver I'm starting to think Foster might actually belong in The Giants of the North.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@HeerJeet@goodmanbeaver Naw. It's just not a great comic: too wordy.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@mackbrad@goodmanbeaver Have you read the recent Fanta reprints? They really showcase the art. Foster is better than I used to think.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@HeerJeet@goodmanbeaver Great art; boring comics. I tried to like it as a kid, but I always skipped it.3 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@goodmanbeaver@jeetheer Meditative is a good point. But I have tons of Annie and Popeye to catch up on.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@mackbrad@goodmanbeaver Yeah, read Annie & Popeye (and Dick Tracy and Captain Easy) first. But save some time for Foster.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@HeerJeet@goodmanbeaver Ill get around to it eventually. Nemo suffers from the same issue (wordiness) but somehow I still love it.3 replies 0 retweets 0 likes
@goodmanbeaver @mackbrad Manuscript Press did full-size Prince Valiant reprints in the 1980s. Really startling to look at, albeit expensive.
