@HeerJeet @EmmMacfarlane Maybe because Mulcair is promoting a baseless conspiracy theory in order to shore-up his popularity in Quebec?
@EmmMacfarlane I'm mystified by this critique. Why shouldn't a citizen or politician criticize the Court if they think Court did wrong?

@marksholdice@EmmMacfarlane How do we know it's a baseless conspiracy theory unless it's investigated by independent body? - Show replies

@HeerJeet@EmmMacfarlane A potential PM, Mulcair's attack on the Court's neutrality is alarming. We have separation of powers for a reason. -
@marksholdice@heerjeet@emmmacfarlane the Cons attacked the SCC for years - criticizing the SCC does not on its own violate neutrality

@HeerJeet@EmmMacfarlane Mulcair is attacking the Supreme Court for political gain - not for honorable reasons. Wants to appeal to#BQ vote. -
@TroyMorgan1977@EmmMacfarlane You don't have to be a BQ voter (I'm not) to be troubled by case & want investigation.
