Thoughts, y'all? MT @chashomans: Is current usage of "hipster" different in any meaningful way from the usage of "bobo" circa a decade ago?
@DLind @chashomans Hipster has much wider currency than Bobo. Never heard anyone other than David Brooks talk about Bobos.

@DLind@chashomans Interestingly phrase “bourgeois-bohemian” predates Brooks. Used by Wyndham Lewis in 1917 and John Updike in 1960s
