I support the mob punishing anti-social behavior, but not employers doing so. This is in line with my antitrust philosophy favoring horizontal coordination over vertical control.

That said, had they not suspended him, they would have been exposing a different set of standards than they applied to Felicia Sonmez, who got suspended after tweeting a link to an article about Kobe Bryant after he died. So, a bit of a bind.
