So, LBJ was a "close talker". Ahaha. We could use some of his backbone today.
That was the famous "Johnson Handshake" where he'd have press cameras around, grab their hand, and say "you're going to vote yes on this bill right?" and he'd start squeezing and crushing til they replied in the affirmative in front of the press.
