Well, first there are a lot of moderate voters. Not in the Manchin sense but in the sense of people who arent deeply ideological. perhaps it's demoralizing but I think mainly it's demoralizing when influencers pretend she's saying something she's not.

I can understand rhetoric that’s a sop to moderate voters. But when you make the connection between the rhetoric and a group of younger congress members who wouldn’t buy into that and the determination to keep a leadership of members over the age of 80, you can’t not see it
