In the long run, the only political strategy that makes sense is activism to force Dems on state and federal level to vote to codify Roe (and indeed protections beyond Roe). But that's the work of many elections.

Once the actual decision is released, I suspect protests will move on from justices to politicians. Where I think there might be some efficacy.

Also, these civility police pick the strangest times to resume their finger wagging. When right wing protesters do this very thing, such as with elected officials enforcing mask/vaccine mandates, their protests are sanctimoniously treated as constitutionally “protected speech.”

Yes that too. However, unprecedented protests against these injustices does make the point that taking away ½ century old Privacy Rights is also unprecedented and unpopular. If they shouldn't be protested for fear they may lash out, then they are kings and the problem is larger.

The counter strategy…would be TO DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE… Pissing off 5 people? Seriously? They want to expend their energy THERE? How about putting together GO FUND ME to create political commercials, write op-Ed’s, volunteer in get out the Vote campaigns, sign up new vote
