Taking away people's rights is a serious thing, one that will inevitably produced anger. All the more so in the case of reproductive freedom, a right literally exercised by tens of millions of women in last few decades. Even on week into leak, we're seeing rising anger.

It bears noting, however, that the 'bounty' solution is an attempt to get around when the courts declare using the hammer of the state unconstitutional. Were they able to use the power of the state to fine/prosecute women/teachers/etc, they certainly would be doing that now.
