The path here is pretty clear. 1. Overturn Roe (that's almost certain), 2. Decision or laws affirming fetal personhood (that's gestured towards in Alito's draft & in laws now being pushed) 3. Investigating miscarriages as potential crimes (that's a logical result of point 2.)

Yes, correct. You either believe abortion is murder, no exceptions, or you're really just arguing about where on the pro-choice spectrum the line should be drawn where choice is allowed. Post-Roe, Republicans won't be able to maintain party unity on this like they do under Roe.
