Like is this complaint about the worries of the non-existent viewer who's watching THE KING'S MAN and then running to wikipedia to learn more about history? Like it's schlock. I don't think anyone who enjoyed that movie (i.e. would be influenced by it) is learning about the real>

This chart that shows the movie itself and Rasputin (the one with the biggest part and best fight scene) being looked up. (i.e. not Erik Jan Hanussen)

Considering that hundreds of thousands (perhaps over time millions) of Wikipedia viewers looking up King's Man, don't you think a percentage of them will want to know more about inter-credit scene (a de facto trailer for next film)? Especially considering how fans are? 2/2

You're right. I said "non-existent" when I should have said "barely-existent". Luckily we don't have to speculate. First of all looking up the page of the movie isn't "looking up history". Secondly there were ~100K views of the guy with the 3-on-1 dance fight, a long history of >

capturing imaginations, and a brief spike at that. Not a spike in anti-Semitic conspiracy theories or this Erik Jan Hanussen guy. And "a percentage" is kinda a so-called weasel word. Like there's "a percentage" that does anything. Doesn't mean it's significant. Are you saying >

this has been a significant result of the movie? And then please define "significant" that it warrants public commentary.

Like this line of speculation reminds me of when Richard Spencer held poorly attended events where there were more journalists there than attendees. Like there were a dozen articles and then you eventually found out there were 12 people there at the back of a bar. An article for>

You and I disagree about how dangerous antisemitism is and about whether it's a good idea or not to make a movie showing a Jewish character heading a conspiracy to destroy Western civilization & controlling Hitler & Lenin. We'll just have to leave it at that.

My grandpa was a Holocaust refugee. I don't think anti-Semitism isn't dangerous. I just also think fear mongering is also dangerous.

In fact I think it's dangerous to Jews so when real anti-Semitism does arise it makes people take it less seriously because they're used to cheap rhetoric that exploits it for personal gain.
