Of course I do. But between "shocking the Russians" and "stopping an ethnic cleansing" I know what side I come down on. Seems weird to come down on the other side, and that's my point.
You're assuming it couldn't have been stopped in a way that brought in the Russians. That's the mindset of the unipolar moment which got us here.
