Saying the rank-and-file are being radicalized by fascists is a much more coherent take than Goldberg's portrayal of these nice normal occupiers who seemingly have nothing to do with the leadership or the aims of the protest.

"Fascists are trying to radicalize your boomer parents" is a much more relevant and compelling take than "I found a trucker hanger-on who likes BLM, okay?"

How much of the facts on the ground do those 30% know, though? I'm not much of a consumer of establishment Cdn news-media, but the reporting I did see from them tended to center the most reasonable or goofy parts of the blockade/occupation.
