??? She accurately notes its organized by dangerous far right fanatics and also speaks to broader popular discontent. Both things are true.

It doesn’t speak to broader popular discontent. 4 out of 5 Canadians reject the convoy. Over half say that it makes them ashamed to be Canadian.

By some polls, a third of the public has some sympathy for the convoy. That's a lot of people even if a minority. This piece by pollster

A third has some sympathy is a pretty weak basis to say they’re speaking to popular discontents. Two thirds of Canadians think the truckers deserve to be cleared by Trudeau’s national emergency and most are furious he didn’t do it sooner.

Popular discontents doesn't mean majority but a large number of people. A third of the population indicates popular support, just like a TV show watched by a third of the population would be described as popular.

“Some sympathy” doesn’t even equate to strong support. Whereas two thirds of the country rejects the truckers so vehemently that support the first ever invocation of the Emergencies Act.

Frank’s research estimates support for the truckers higher than any of the other polling I’ve seen. A third of Canadians having some support for the truckers seems like the absolute upper bound and might be well below that.

Frank's been way ahead of other Canadian pollsters in noting a rise in authoritarian anti-system sentiments among Canadian right & I think that's given his analysis an edge.
