2. Lots of debates about the "Freedom Convoy": the usual post-left knuckleheads encouraging co-option & imitation. But the striking thing is the organizers are from the truly unhinged far right, the QAnon & sovereign citizens quadrant, that doesn't allow for rational politics.

Is it successful on its own merits, or because the city of Ottawa and the province allowed it to be? Have they repeated their "successes" elsewhere in Canada? Montreal? Vancouver? They seem only as successful as their oppo allows.

Yes--maybe. Do you mean about various possible issues, or precisely anti-vax? Independent truckers are frequently a reactionary formation, but we will see how many actually undertake this kind of action.
