The eclectic group of @joerogan guests who were pulled from Spotify just shows you this censorship shit isn’t about left or right. It’s about an authoritarian push for complete control over speech. They hate Rogan bc he’s not controlled by corporate media.

Okay which corporations run advertisements on his show?

There's a lot of money involved, that doesn't make it a corporate institution with an editorial line to follow or anything like that. Spotify wasn't dictating which guests or topics were allowed on Joe's show or not. (at least they weren't until now)
-
I'll admit I don't listen to Joe. Does he run a lot of content critiquing the existence of billionaires or about Spotify's ridiculous "payment" of artists?

He had Sanjay Gupta on his show in October
-
Whom he sat there and got offended at because Gupta said stuff he didn't like. Then ranted about how Gupta is wrong. Defeating the point of a grown up discussion

I agree. Maybe he can get Sanjay Gupta on to discuss.....oh wait

Actually, as reasonable as that sounds, that’s not a good solution because it would obviously be forced abs function just to “bothsides” pseudoscience, conspiracy theories, and misinformation with legitimate science and medicine.
-
Why? Rogan controls the platform, asks the questions, and clearly believes some of the misinformation.

They're taking off shows because it's bad for their stock price to have a visible face of their company using racial slurs.
