sometimes you guys post French actresses from 60 years ago that I’ve never heard of in my fucking life. they’re always super hot. the screencaps are always them in bed sad with the subtitle “Why not love, for it’s the only answer to eternity.” I’ll never watch those movies though

I watched Malle's "The Lovers" recently and would never have guessed from it that it was the source of the obscenity trial that produces the famous "I know it when I see it" line about what constitutes pornography (although the judge was saying it wasn't pornography).
