It’s based on polls/research suggesting the vote split among Perot voters wasn’t as pro GOP as most assume. It’s not terribly persuasive, but that’s what it is.

No this is a proven thing. Also 96 was just a rout bc Clinton popularity, good economy, last gasp for ancestral Dems, etc

Low points in what way? Rs won more house seats in 1992 than 1990 and they held the house in 1996.

Low points presidentially. The fact they did better in the House is kind of indication that Perot helped Clinton.
