Full employment doesn't cause strikes, organizing causes strikes, but it certainly SHOULD help convince workers to take action, definitely. Full employment MIGHT help employers recognize the union, but without the new ULPs, they'll keep dragging their feet on first contracts

And none of this matters for the most exploited workers in low wage industries where it's a nightmare task to unionize traditional legal unions, which is really what the hashtag is about
