So where might I find lawyers who'd provide support for people who showed up outside schools (off property) to give out free copies of these books to whomever might want them?
You wouldn't need a lawyer. The kids could read them in the lunchroom or library or anywhere on campus they could otherwise read. They're not banned.
Graphic is just another word for explicit and explicit means sex, so all graphic novels have to go!
They must be struggling with a lot of school mass bookings to clamp down that hard on books.
