Because if you aren't local you didn't see how screwed up the situation was. Can't count the number of houses I saw have both "Write down Byron Brown" and Blue Lives Matter flags. Or the number of signs in affluent suburbs that don't even vote for mayor of Buffalo

One of the few union endorsements she got was Buffalo Federation of Teachers, but she supported school choice during the campaign. Topped that off by having campaign material printed in a non-union shop. Can't really get away with that in Buffalo.
