Except that Barrett qualified if you thought of that seat as a woman’s seat. The complaint seemed to be that Barrett wasn’t Ginsburg’s ideological successor. Of course, Ginsburg succeeded the more conservative Byron White.

Also the hypocrisy that it was too close to the election for Obama to replace Scalia but not too soon for Trump to appoint someone.
