Why is it a problem? If you believe that families are not entitled to fruit of dead person's labor then you should support a 100% estate tax. Why should artists be singled out but, say, the children of Bill Gates not?

Because I also believe that someone should be allowed to give away their property to whoever they choose whenever they choose without the government being involved. The government has ever less claim than Ditko's heirs.
