I deleted this because I didn't want to cause confusion. Ditko estate is making a termination of grant, which will force Marvel to either counter-sue or (more likely) settle. Which means Ditko estate will get $$ for Spider-Man.https://twitter.com/KurtBusiek/status/1441187617131749380 …

you mean specifically Jack Kirby? his estate certainly did (they lost every judgement but were taking it to the Supreme Court before reaching a settlement)
