Sure, maybe things didn't change in a large way. But there are a number of significant smaller changes that shouldn't be overlooked.

There is absolutely an overlap to some extent, but there have been a lot of assumptions made that just don't hold. Something I've seen this election are PPC signs in rural areas where strong (and safe) CPC seats were. What led to that? a number of possibilities.

But the PPC right now is, essentially, an ego-driven enterprise by Maxime Bernier for Maxime Bernier.
