yeah, if you are keeping an eye on the Justices who keep making appearances, they realize that they need to do a little bit of hand-wringing/political kabuki during the processes of limiting medical liberty.

I suspect they’ll draw narrow, and more importantly, *confusing* distinctions that keep it effectively dead but makes the exact stakes hard to track for those who don’t follow the issue closely. That way it accomplishes the ideological goal while blunting the chance of backlash.

They have rendered it dead for states willing to ignore precedent and also implement this ridiculous bounty system but how many states have followed suit? Once Roe is gone the legislative floodgates will open
