Is China's current regime a leftist one, or a rightist one?

Authoritarian is by definition an extractive government that would be the opposite of a pluralistic and inclusive government. There is no LEFT! It’s the opposite of liberalism. This ain’t even a question.

Kleptocratic authoritarianism is extractive, but why would authoritarianism itself be inherently extractive? Liberalism is also its own thing; one can be a liberal conservative, a liberal centrist, or a liberal leftist (look up liberal socialism on Wikipedia).
